Cebu Pacific welcomes the decision of several provinces in the Philippines to no longer require RT-PCR test from a fully-vaccinated person.
Among its destinations, the provinces that are accepting vaccination cards to enter its borders are Cauayan City of Isabela province, Cotabato, Negros Occidental province (except Bacolod City) and Virac. Meawhile, Dumaguete requires fully-vaccinated travelers to present their vaccination cards along with a negative antigen test taken within 48 hours prior to entry.
Apart from this, an approved S-pass from the LGU of final destination will also need to be presented in all destinations.
Virac, on the other hand, requires fully-vaccinated individuals to upload their COVID-19 Vaccination Card on their S-PASS account three days before their scheduled trip to secure Approved Travel Coordination Permit. The approved permit and vaccination card will be presented upon check-in.
A passenger is considered fully-vaccinated at least 14 days after having received the second dose in a two-dose series, or at least 14 days after having received a single-dose vaccine.

Travelers are strongly urged to always check with the LGU of their destination for the latest updates.
Cebu Pacific will comply with health protocols set by the government, including RT-PCR test results, should it be required by the local government of our destination.
This is a developing situation. We will provide updates as soon as they become available.
